If you have not been to Hopkinson or Boston before the race, or even if you are a season Boston Marathon veteran, here is a must watch video. The BAA put out an excellent course video in 2019 with tips from legends for each mile. I've watched it a dozen times already and will a few more times before race day next Monday.
It's surprising to me that even after running the Virtual Boston Marathon in 2020, and training countless times on the 2nd half of the actual course, I have never been to Hopkinton. I most likely have driven through there at some point, but have never actually seen the start line. I've also purposely not walked or crossed over the finish line since before 2020 as well.
